FIRST ANNOUNCEMENT

XVI International Conference on Physics and Technology of Thin Films and Nanosystems (ICPTTFN-XVI) dedicated to Professor Freik

VENUE
The conference will be held in Yaremcha (Carpathians – Ukraine, Ivano-Frankivsk region).

REPORTS PRESENTATION
The invited, plenary and oral reports will be including on conference sessions. And, the posters sessions will take place.
EXHIBITION
During the conference will be an exhibition of laboratory equipment of the Ukrainian and foreign producers, as well as demonstration of the participant’s models of electronics to structures which include the thin-film elements.
COMPETITION
There will be special awards for the best reports of young scientists. To participate in this nomination is required during the on-line registration to mark an application in the corresponding cell.

  Thin films technology (metals, semiconductors, dielectrics, conductive polymers) and their research methods.
• Nanotechnologies and nanomaterials, quantum-size structures.
  Physical-chemical properties of thin films.
• Thin film compounds for electronic devices, nanoelectronics.
• Functional crystalline materials: growth, physical properties and applications.
• Thin films technology for energy saving.
• Innovative methods of teaching.
  Conference materials (abstract book) will be published before Conference opening.
• Abstracts must be on English (!) and confined no more than one page (size A4) with figures, tables, photos, and reference.

All page boundaries should be 2.5 cm with 1 line-spacing using MS Word and Times New Roman font (14 pt.) text. The abstract title should be in bold font 16 pt. and centred. Following the title include one line space and then the authors’ names (14 pt, non-bold) and affiliations (12 pt., italic font).
One line space must take place before the main abstract text and one line space before references.
At use the tables, the signature write above the table with a centering by right edge, and italics. The formulas must be written in MS Word 2007 Equation or high, or in MathType. All captures placed inside of figures and formulas should be induced by font 14 pt.
The abstract example will placed on conference web-page.
The speaker should be underline. It is limit for each author no more two abstracts.
Abstracts must be submitted electronically (.doc, .docx or .rtf).
CONFERENCE PUBLISHING
The special issues of Ukrainian scientific journals will publish by conference results:
“Physics and Chemistry of the Solid State” (ISSN 1729-4428 (Print) and ISSN 2309-8589 (Online)), and
“Journal of nano- and electronic physics” (ISSN 2077-6772 (Print) Ta 2306-4277 (Online); Scopus, WoS).
Following the approval of the organizing committee, the authors of the reports must prepare papers in accordance with the rules for authors.
